Building the crew for a new operation
We're staffing a modern plant from the floor up. That means real training, clear expectations, and room to move into lead and supervisory roles as we grow.
Why work here
A new plant, and a say in how it runs
The building went up in 2022, so the equipment is modern and the rooms are laid out to work in. We're a locally owned company restarting this facility, and the people we hire now will set how it operates.
- Paid, structured training — experience welcome, not required for every role
- Safety-first floor: PPE provided, knife and equipment training before you're on the line
- Steady schedules built around a planned harvest calendar
- Advancement into lead, QA, and maintenance roles as volume grows
