Building the crew for a new operation

We're staffing a modern plant from the floor up. That means real training, clear expectations, and room to move into lead and supervisory roles as we grow.

Why work here

A new plant, and a say in how it runs

The building went up in 2022, so the equipment is modern and the rooms are laid out to work in. We're a locally owned company restarting this facility, and the people we hire now will set how it operates.

  • Paid, structured training — experience welcome, not required for every role
  • Safety-first floor: PPE provided, knife and equipment training before you're on the line
  • Steady schedules built around a planned harvest calendar
  • Advancement into lead, QA, and maintenance roles as volume grows

Quality assurance

HACCP monitoring, temperature and sampling records, and label verification alongside USDA inspection.

Maintenance & refrigeration

Keep conveyors, saws, packaging equipment, and the refrigeration plant running. Ammonia or industrial refrigeration experience is valued.

Receiving & shipping
